Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Team Leader

to lead and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in field sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales executives. Drive sales targets through effective planning and execution. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training. Conduct field visits and support team members in client acquisition. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and develop new business strategies.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience (team handling preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. BFSI or similar domain experience will be an added advantage.
