Responsibilities: Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Generate leads and expand the client base. Build and maintain client relationships for customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and analyze trends for business growth. Collaborate with marketing for effective campaigns. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Qualifications: HSC/GRADUATE

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in real estate.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and regulations.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
