We Are Hiring Team Lead (Sales)- ( Team Handling Experience)
Experience : 3 to 5 years

Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Allocate leads, monitor daily calling activities, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective learners.
Drive counselling sessions for courses/programs and support the team in closing high-value leads.
Track team performance against KPIs such as conversions, revenue, and productivity.
Coach team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and EdTech product knowledge.
Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share insights with management.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.
Handle escalations, resolve learner concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales executives.
Requirements:
1. Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in EdTech Sales, Admission Background, Tele sales.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Minimum 3 years of Experience into Team Handling (Required)
