Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Team Leader

to manage and motivate the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in the two-wheeler automobile industry, excellent leadership qualities, and strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Guide and train sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling. Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team. Plan and execute sales strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversions. Handle customer escalations and ensure a smooth buying experience. Coordinate with management for stock availability, promotional offers, and delivery schedules. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Ensure compliance with showroom policies, pricing, and brand standards.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in two-wheeler or automobile sales;

1+ year

in a team lead/supervisory role preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
