Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching/feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
3-5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to inspire and drive a high-performance team.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.
