Royal Brothers is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will work on-site in Bengaluru and will be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring targets are met, and creating a healthy work environment. The candidate will also work with the direct sales team to ensure Sales target and customer satisfaction are met.
Job description:
Inside Sales, conversion of potential lead and Customer Service
Overseeing and assessing inside sales staff activities and providing them with regular performance improvement-related feedback
Handling a team of 20+ members
Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of inside sales team
Provides coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development; directs and oversees the training of new representatives
Create and share reports to the Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis.
Plan the month/week as per the target and roster the staff accordingly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ready to work in rotational shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Experience in the bike rental industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
