Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a telesales team of
20-25 Health Insurance executives
.
Drive daily productivity, conversions, and revenue targets.
Offer training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
Monitor call quality, compliance, and customer experience.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Maintain performance reports and track KPIs.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI and organizational compliance norms.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and target-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Health Insurance telesales
(MANDATORY).
Experience managing a team of 20-25 members
(MANDATORY).
Strong understanding of health insurance products & sales process.
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
