Job Overview:



We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Team Leader - Sales

to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions. Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and share insights with management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and conversions. Drive incentive programs to keep the team motivated.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-6 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team-leading role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
