Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and conversions.
Drive incentive programs to keep the team motivated.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team-leading role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
