Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of credit card sales executives. Allocate and monitor daily/weekly targets. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Sales Execution:
Drive credit card acquisition through field sales, tele-sales, or digital channels. Ensure achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Training and Development:
Coach and train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Identify training needs and ensure consistent upskilling of the team.
Customer Experience:
Ensure team delivers exceptional customer service during and after the sales process. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance standards. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity.
