Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align on go-to-market strategies and improve the customer experience.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
3-4 years of experience in a sales role, with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role, even if not formal.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for coaching, negotiating, and client engagement.
Ability to analyze sales data, interpret metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
Strong customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
