Team Leader - Sales



Responsibilities:



Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Train and assist team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling. Monitor daily performance, assign tasks, and ensure proper follow-up on leads and inquiries. Review calls, track follow-ups, and provide improvement feedback to team members. Support the team in closing sales by joining calls, meetings, and client discussions when needed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share them with management. Conduct team meetings, target reviews, and performance evaluations regularly. Ensure the team follows company policies, CRM process, and documentation standards. Resolve customer issues escalated by team members and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and operations teams to streamline the sales funnel. Drive new initiatives to improve productivity, conversions, and lead quality.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, edtech, or service-based industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and mentor a team. Good analytical skills and report-making abilities. Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
