Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Retail Team Leader

to help drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the daily operations of our store. As a team leader, you will supervise team members, ensure company standards are met, and act as a key point of contact in the absence of management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team management. Lead, motivate, and coach the retail team to achieve sales and performance targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues professionally. Ensure stock levels are maintained, merchandised correctly, and inventory is accurately tracked. Handle cash management procedures including opening/closing tills and banking. Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Conduct onboarding and training for new team members. Monitor store cleanliness and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines. Assist in preparing reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail/business is a plus.
