Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Supervision

Lead, motivate, and guide the retail staff to deliver excellent customer service. Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure proper shift coverage. Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities. Train new team members on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Sales & Customer Service

Ensure customers receive prompt, polite, and professional service. Promote cakes, pastries, and seasonal offers to maximize sales. Handle escalated customer queries or complaints at the store level. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.

Store Operations & Standards

Oversee product display, stock rotation (FIFO), and proper labeling. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in FOH & BOH. Monitor wastage and report daily sales & stock status to management. Coordinate with the production/delivery team for timely product replenishment.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory. Communicate store updates, challenges, and customer feedback to the Area Manager. Support in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
