Role Overview

The

Team Leader

will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Coordinators / Relationship Executives. This role involves planning outreach strategies, supervising field activities, coordinating with institutions, and ensuring targets and project objectives are met efficiently.

The Team Leader acts as a bridge between management and the field team, ensuring quality execution, reporting, and partner satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Leadership

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of coordinators/executives Allocate daily/weekly targets and monitor performance Provide training, support, and regular feedback to team members Ensure discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the team

Outreach & Institutional Partnerships

Support team in connecting with schools, colleges, and training institutes Participate in key meetings with principals, coordinators, and management Ensure correct presentation of

programs and initiatives Build and strengthen long-term institutional relationships

Project Coordination & Execution

Plan and oversee on-ground execution of education and social programs Coordinate with internal departments for smooth implementation Ensure data collection, documentation, and compliance for all projects Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

Reporting & Monitoring

Review daily/weekly field reports from team members Submit consolidated reports to the Program Manager Track achievements, challenges, and improvement areas Suggest strategies for expansion and better outreach

Skills & QualificationsEssential

Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management / Social Work preferred) Proven leadership and team-handling skills Strong communication skills in Hindi & English Ability to plan, execute, and monitor field operations Willingness to travel as per project requirements

Preferred

Experience in NGO, CSR, education outreach, or sales/team leadership roles Knowledge of school/college operations and partnerships Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Target-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
