: Hiring Team Leader-Recruitment. Must have experience in Team handling. Excellent Spoken English mandatory. Screen their profiles according to the concerned JD, as per Client\'s requirements. Conduct Preliminary Interviews. Train the shortlisted candidates with the predefined FAQs. Forward the shortlisted candidates to the HRs of the companies. Follow up with Candidates and Companies about the Interview Rounds (HR/Operations and Client) Maintaining everyday database in the Google Sheets Reporting to Management. Giving respectable number of selections on the Monthly basis. Skills Required: Leaders Skills, must be able to resolve the issues within the team and with the client. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication. Learning attitude Computer Skills (MS Office/Email/Google Sheets) Job Portals (Is an Add On) Self-Motivated in order to achieve out of the .
