Job Title: Team Leader - Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)
CTC: ₹10 - ?12 Lakhs per annum + Incentives
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram (Gurgaon)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Head / Director - Sales
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives and channel partners
Assign targets and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Ensure discipline and adherence to company sales processes and policies
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales across residential and commercial projects in Gurugram
Support the team in closing deals and handling high-value clients
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
Client & Developer Coordination
Handle key clients and maintain long-term relationships
Coordinate with developers for inventory updates, pricing, site visits, and deal closures
Ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes
Market & Performance Analysis
Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
Monitor team performance metrics and take corrective actions
Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management
Qualifications & Skills
Strong team management and leadership skills
Proven sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
