Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
Team Leader - Real Estate Sales
to manage a team of sales executives and drive revenue through consistent lead conversion and deal support.
This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in
property sales, vacation homes, or residential real estate
and are ready to take a leadership role.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and deal closing, preferably in
vacation homes / real estate
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
Drive daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions
Support team members during client meetings and site visits
Track team performance and ensure target achievement
Coordinate with telecalling, marketing, and closing teams
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in real estate sales (residential / vacation homes preferred)
Prior experience as Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive
Strong communication, coordination & people-management skills
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Ability to guide team members through the complete sales cycle
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred
Salary:
Up to ?12 Lacs per annum
(Salary based on experience and performance)
