Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Generate leads through various channels and ensure effective follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Conduct regular team meetings to track performance and discuss strategies for improvement. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies. Ensure accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
