Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly revenue targets through residential property sales
Handle buyer inquiries from digital platforms and convert leads
Educate buyers daily about our offerings and guide them through the buying process
Build strong relationships with investors, end-users, and channel partners
Provide market insights, negotiate deals, and offer expert property advice
Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
Engage with HNI clients, conduct meetings, and offer personalized service
Perform market analysis to estimate property values
Coordinate with internal CRM and product teams for smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and share regular updates with the team
Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and construction activity
Regularly engage with channel partners to generate business
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Local market knowledge of Mira-Bhayander is a plus
Proven ability to build networks and close high-value deals
