Handle end-to-end team performance: recruitment, training, target setting, and performance evaluation.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure high productivity from the team.
Provide guidance and support to team members in client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and clients.
Track market trends and competition to align strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports and regularly update senior management on team performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service delivery.
