Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Team Leader
with deep knowledge of the
Gurgaon real estate market
(both
commercial
and
residential
). The ideal candidate should be a strong team manager, experienced in driving sales, mentoring teams, and closing high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals
Drive sales for both commercial and residential properties
Generate and convert leads, ensuring monthly targets are met
Provide market insights and guide the team on pricing, inventory, and client approach
Build strong client relationships and manage negotiations
Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in Gurgaon's real estate market
Strong knowledge of commercial & residential project sales
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability
Immediate joiners preferred
