Es erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

• The team leader should manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members including scheduling and managing ongoing projects and also must conduct employee training and evaluation and may provide support during the hiring and onboarding process
• Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System
• Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations
• Document nonconforming material; clearly and accurately
• Work with operations personnel on quality and safety issues
• Must verify whether the operations control systems are functional and being followed
• Responsible for implementation and follow up of countermeasure activities related to customer and/or department issues
• Making sure that no defective parts are used in the production process
• Keeping accurate administrative records of all the tests that have been carried out
• Recording inspection results into software and also on to paper records
• Must be willing to travel to suppliers, etc. as needed

Die passenden Voraussetzungen sind:

• Must have working knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes
• Able to handle common measuring instruments including TRIMOS
• Interpreting technical documents and manufacturer's instructions
• Knowledge of quality systems, gauging, and close tolerance measurement
• Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to maintain a high-morale environment
• Must be able to adapt to change in the workplace and demonstrate flexibility with new ideas and different environments
• Must be able to train others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills and need to have excel-lent problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
• Understanding of production costs to include waste, downtime, and scrap and rework deal candidate will possess 7 or more years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of English
• Commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
