Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Field Sales Team department as a Team Lead in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales - Pune to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiativesDevelop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity Build and maintain strong relationships Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in the Field Sales Team department Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of project management principles and practices * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
