Job Title: Team Leader - Solar Loans
Locations: Pune, Sangli
CTC: Up to 7.5LPA (Negotiable based on current salary & experience)
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to drive Solar Loan sales through effective team management and strategic business development. The ideal candidate must have leadership experience and a solid background in Solar Loans or related solar energy products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales/business development executives to achieve targets in assigned territory
Develop and implement business plans to expand Solar EPC partnerships and loan disbursements
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and close high-value deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPCs, distributors, and direct customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end execution
Assist team in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows
Ensure individual and team targets are met on a monthly basis
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in Sales/Business Development
Mandatory experience in Solar Loans
Knowledge of Solar PV, Inverters, Lithium Batteries, or similar will be a plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
Must be goal-driven, adaptable, and customer-centric
In-depth understanding of local Solar EPC ecosystem & distribution preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Should not have background in Corporate DSA model.
