Job Description

The individual will liaise with sector and subsector teams to gather business requirements, align automation practices with expectations, and ensure seamless collaboration with in-country proposal writer.This role will be based in the Bengaluru office.



Lead the development and implementation of a new proposal automation process, tailored specifically for the Canadian business unit, positioning it as a transformative initiative for the organization.


Continuously evaluate and refine processes to accelerate turnaround times, minimize proposal development costs, and improve overall proposal quality.


Regularly perform QA/QC checks on work and ensure quality standards for deliverables Supervise and support the proposal process and coordination of submission materials Research, gather, and edit proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information; ensure the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate, high-quality and delivered on time Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems through appropriate information management systems Customizing and evolving automation processes to reflect the unique needs of the Canadian market Providing guidance on knowledge repository design, AI prompt training, and upskilling opportunities for the broader business Acting as a process steward, championing best practices and fostering innovation across proposal workflows

12+ years of experience in bidding, marketing, communications, proposal development and coordination Proven work experience as a team leader Strong verbal and written communication skills - including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material, as well as an aptitude for understanding technical terminology Strong computer skills: proficiency in MS office suite and Adobe Creative Suite, mainly InDesign and Photoshop, is an asset Ability to work under pressure and with the minimal supervision Flexibility to work overtime and/or a modified schedule to help the team meet proposal deadlines as required Experience in the engineering consultancy preferred
