Project Execution is a crucial part of this business. With a goal to improve the overall efficiency of this team and to serve the customers better, we are now looking for dynamic, result oriented person to strengthen the Projects Organization based at Pune as Team Leader - Projects.To provide professional experience to the customer with respect to Project Execution and Project Management of their order by way of:Build strong customer relationships by effectively managing customer expectations by resolving customer escalations and check for feedback.Handling complete project & ensuring completion per the contractual deadlines.Ensure safety compliance all the time.Strengthening the process of Project Execution Schedules for every project.Ensures to follow processes for project execution as per the contract, coordination with all stakeholders.Project execution within the cost budget.

• To review and understand customers contract and company commitments.

• To organize available resources, to complete the project in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• To be a single point of contact with the customer for complete execution of projects.

• Initiate Kick Off Meetings - Internal / External (customer).

• Maintain a detailed project file & carries out monthly reviews.

• Ensure that efficiency measuring standards are in place, timely and correct reporting of activities and set new benchmarks for improvement.

• Ensure that contract execution, closure is handled according to company procedures, QA policy and legal requirements, when relevant.

• Interact timely with other internal functions (Sales, Proposals, Inter Company, CTS, Logistics, Finance, GECIA etc.) and with customers to support/ guide Project Engineers.

• Attend, limit, and resolve escalated issues.

• Implement and track project via MPP, PMS.

• Ensure OI & stock levels are maintained.

• Ensure inspection, dispatch of items, preparation & submission of payment claim documents as per order to maintain receivables to the lowest level.

• Maintain monthly cash flow statements, payment follow up with customer and regions.

• Maintain budget v/s. actual sheet for projects to monitor profit.

• Build a performance-oriented culture.

• Prepare lessons learnt in various projects.

• Ensure safety round the clock.

• Execute all other tasks as required.

To succeed, you will needExperience requirements-

• 8-12 YRS. EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING CONTRACTS/ EXECUTIONS OF CUSTOMIZED PROJECTS WITH WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL
• EPC BACKGROUND / PROJECT MANAGEMNT EXPERIENCE PREFFERED

Educational requirements/Knowledge-

• DEGREE/DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL/ MECHANICAL/ INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING OR CORRESPONDING EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRY
• MBA / PMP PREFFERED
