Location: Lucknow

Experience: Minimum 7 years (for postgraduates) or 15 years (for B.E./B.Tech) in infrastructure project management

Qualification: MBA / ME / M.Tech with Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

Requirements:


Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, especially drinking water projects, with end-to-end responsibility. Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional field teams, contractors, clients, and internal departments. Expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety standards on site. Skilled in quality assurance, technical supervision, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and government regulations. Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed project status reports to stakeholders. Experience in resource deployment and effective coordination to meet project deadlines. Familiarity with documentation management, including TDS/PF record submission and regulatory filings. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and government bodies, including State Water Supply Mission (SWSM). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site challenges and drive timely solutions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and compliance.
