About the Department / Vertical/ Section -

The Operations Department is a key division within an organization responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards. This department plays a critical role in transforming raw materials and resources into finished products or services that meet customer requirements.

Purpose of the role

Conduct sunrise meeting to the workmen. Deploy workmen as per skill matrix & organize resources for production. Conduct hourly PDCA for quality & delivery performance. Conduct audit on 2S,JH, material handling, unsafe act and conditions. Conduct audit to adhere all operations being carried out as per the TMOS. Take corrective actions for in house PDI & customer complaints. Control of non conforming products ( MSN , PSN ). Review workmen on quality & delivery performance measures & attendance. Provide on Job training to workmen & co-ordinate for certification of workmen. Motivate & support workmen to implement suggestions.
