The Operations Department is a key division within an organization responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards. This department plays a critical role in transforming raw materials and resources into finished products or services that meet customer requirements.
Purpose of the role
To facilitate the achievement of departmental objectives & targets. To co-ordinate with other departments for interfacing targets & departmental requirements.
Role Description:
1. Conduct Sunrise Meeting to the workmen.
2. Audit workmen deployment & organize resources for production.
3. Adhere 2S, JH, unsafe act and conditions.
4. Conduct hourly PDCA for quality & delivery performance.
5. Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out as per the TMOS.
6. Take corrective actions for in house PDI & customer complaints related to painting
process. Update VCS.
7. Support PED for establishment of new models & variants.
8. Provide recommendation & feedback during EJO process .Control of non-conforming products.
9. Monitor and review workmen on quality, delivery performance measures & attendance.
10. Provide on Job training to workmen & co-ordinate for certification of workmen .dentification & Implementation of SIT / CFT projects related to policy & MPCP.
11. Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions
