• Supervise compliance to all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements including EHS requirements.
• Complete self-training and monitor training of team member on the relevant SOPs.
• Report any quality concerns or suggestion for improvements to managers.
• Execute & supervise all task and activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Ensuring the availability of the solvents as per the specification.
• Assuring the quality of the solvents as per the plant requirement.
• Checking and reconciliation of the solvents consumption.
• Stock verification of the solvents.
• Maintaining/planning for the standard solvents inventories.
• ERP related activity to support SRP
• Identification and tagging of the service lines, utility lines of the plant.
• To ensure that all the activities are carried out as per safety and GMP norms.
• Undergo the training activities and providing training to plant personnel.
• Participation in risk assessment studies, conduct plant audits and prepare report as per defined frequency assist in event investigation and CAPA compliance.
• Ensure all routine activities shall be performed by adherence to safety procedure e.g. work permit, PPE compliance.

Qualifications

B.Sc/ B.Tech-Chemistry with 5 to 7 years of experience
