To support the planning and production for continuous lines running
Objective: to support running the plants - no line stoppage want of RMPM and consumables
Title: Team Leader - RMPM Planning and execution
Function: BSS Procurement

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
RMPM Process Production Plan Compliance - 99 % as per ESP / Manual, RMPM Write off - 10%
PY, Cost avoidance , Insurance Claims - 95% of claims - settlement within the year, Minimise the stocks norms and continuity supply of Material.( Concentrate, Sugar, Co2 Packaging material like Closures, Preforms, Crowns , Lables and Sleeves etc) Planning of RMPM and transportation arrangements as per Production plan. Support for intime GRN with stores and timely payment with FSS , Procurement analytics / MIS as per requirements. Timely issue of POS for RMPM and communicate to vendor for material ready ness as per lead time.

Strategic / Plant - Coordination
Key ingredients timely lifting ( Sugar, resin, glass), External WH coordination, Plant coordination on RMPM elements and support for Plant at urgencies
People Engagement & Capability Building
Engage with cross function stake holders for resolving day to day issues. Training & course modules completion for self development & career building

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: PG - MM / Supply chain
Experience: 5 years in Beverages Industry in Material planning
Functional Skills: Supply chain / planning / Material management and Logistics
Travel: NO
