We are hiring an experienced DSA Manager for Used Car / Pre-Owned Car Loans. The role involves managing the DSA channel, handling telesales operations, evaluating customer profiles as per CIBIL and bank/NBFC policies, and end-to-end tracking of loan cases from login to approval, sanction, and disbursement, ensuring timely PDD closure and a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand the DSA network for used car loan sourcing.
Monitor and guide the telesales team generating leads through outbound calling.
Contact customers, collect & verify documents, and prepare files for loan login.
Analyze CIBIL reports, customer profiles, and eligibility as per bank/NBFC policy.
Ensure policy-compliant file login to improve approval and disbursement ratios.
Maintain strong follow-ups with customers, DSAs, and internal teams until file closure.
Handle PDD (Post Disbursal Documentation) including RC transfer, insurance, NOC, etc.
Track team productivity, daily targets, and monthly performance.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve assigned business goals.
Maintain MIS for leads, login, approvals, disbursement, and PDD status.
Ensure quality customer interaction and conversion standards.
