Position Summary:
Person should be competent enough to manage the process activity independently. He must be System oriented, process oriented and having good product knowledge with experience of 4 to 6 years. He must be ready to work in shifts. Good presentation and communication skill Knowledge of production document, ISO & IATF Audit, TPM etc.
Major Deliverables and Responsibilities: (Detailed )

• Directing plant activities & ensuring strategic utilization of available resources & machinery; ensuring smooth & uninterrupted operations of the unit and maintaining reports for MIS and developing alternatives for decision-making

• Supervising total plant operations including technical inputs for innovative methodologies, identifying & clearing bottlenecks and advising on process changes for improvements

• Executing cost saving techniques and austerity measures to achieve reduction in the deployment of resources for the targeted output & quality

• Identifying the areas of bottlenecks & breakdown; taking steps to achieve zero accident & customer complaints through continuous monitoring and application of tools like root cause analysis

• Managing multi-disciplinary team of Production Optimization, Maintenance Group and Production Services (budget, cost control & reporting) in order to reach production targets and facilities uptime by prioritizing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aspects

• Leading shift wise monitoring of customer complaints and providing corrective actions and sustenance; conducting daily intra-department meeting for customer complaints

• Managing shift production of frame as per customer requirement & by taking feedback from previous shift & adhering to preset quality parameter

• Preparing consumable & rejection budget & ensuring adherence to the preset budget

• Implementation of JH & zero loss (Zero B/D) Activities in frame line

• Developing, maintaining & analyzing the day wise production report in terms of OEE; conducting analysis on daily basis and identifying gaps in OEE in terms of losses & quality non conformities observed to discuss with team & concerned departments in DWM meeting and taking appropriate action

• Meeting customer quality and quantity requirements and improving in customer Audit score (Spot welding).

Minimum Qualification: Diploma with 4 to 6 years/ B.E. with 3 to 5 years from good organization.
