Team Leadership & Management
:
Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of telesales callers to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for team members.
Provide regular performance feedback, conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, and identify opportunities for development.
Ensure that the team adheres to sales scripts, policies, and best practices.
Sales Target Management
:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to ensure the team is on track to meet targets.
Training & Development
:
Onboard new telesales callers, providing them with the necessary training and resources.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
Reporting & Administration
:
Track and report on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team performance and sales results.
Ensure team members are delivering high-quality customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly.
Monitor customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.
