Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end

Payment Posting operations

(Insurance & Patient payments). Ensure accurate posting of

ERA, EOB, EFT, checks, and credit card payments

. Monitor daily volumes, productivity, and accuracy across the team. Handle adjustments, contractual write-offs, refunds, and reversals. Identify and resolve posting discrepancies, unapplied payments, and denials triggers. Coordinate closely with

AR Follow-up, Denials, and QA teams

. Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and error reduction initiatives. Train team members on payer rules, posting logic, and client-specific guidelines. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in

Insurance & Patient Payment Posting

. Sound knowledge of

CO-45, PR/CO/OA adjustments, contractuals

, and payer rules. Proven team handling and people management experience. Ability to analyze reports and drive performance improvement. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
