We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Retailer Onboarding Executive
to support the onboarding of new retail partners into our ecosystem. You will play a key role in guiding retailers through the registration, documentation, platform training, and activation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational acumen, and a passion for delivering an excellent partner experience.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new retail partners (e.g., shops, distributors, franchisees, or marketplace sellers).
Collect and verify all required retailer documents (e.g., business licenses, GST, KYC, bank details).
Ensure retailers are successfully registered and activated on our internal systems/platforms.
Provide training and orientation on how to use company platforms, order systems, mobile apps, or POS tools.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, IT, Finance, and Logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Track onboarding status and maintain accurate records in CRM or onboarding dashboards.
Follow up with retailers to address any technical or operational issues during onboarding.
Gather feedback from newly onboarded retailers to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure that all onboarding processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
