Team Leader - Field Verification Operations
, you will supervise field teams, conduct operational checks, validate reporting quality, and ensure structured, high-standard execution of verification activities.
Position Overview
This role involves leading a team of field verifiers, overseeing daily verification processes, ensuring accuracy of documentation, and coordinating operational checks across units. The ideal candidate is a mature professional with
3-5 years of experience
in operations, audit, compliance, hospitality oversight, or similar fieldwork environments.

Willingness to be physically present at client locations to conduct audits, verification, and field assessments

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and supervise
field verification staff
assigned across multiple operational units
Conduct
independent field checks
and oversee day-to-day verification processes
Review and
validate reports
submitted by field verifiers ensuring completeness and accuracy
Ensure all verification activities adhere to client-defined standards and compliance protocols
Prepare structured
independent verification reports
with supporting documents, evidence, and field-level observations
Compile supervision summaries and ensure timely submission of daily/weekly reports
Prepare
PowerPoint presentations
and documentation for management review
Coordinate workflow, resolve field-level challenges, and ensure performance consistency among team members
Undertake
5-7 days of outstation travel per month
, depending on client requirements
Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and reporting discipline
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil and English
Proven capability to lead and manage teams (minimum 5 members)
Strong analytical, observational, and reporting skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, email communication, and IT tools
Ability to understand operations, identify gaps, and apply audit/verification checks
Willingness to undertake field visits and travel as required
Must possess a laptop with stable internet connectivity
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Required)
3-5 years of relevant experience
(team management exposure essential)
