Team Management

Lead a team of delivery executives

Ensure team members are trained on operational standards

Motivate team and manage attrition

Handle customer escalations and grievances

Operational Oversight

Supervise shipment sorting and allocation

Ensure hub opening and closing as per standards

Prepare and share daily reports

Execute ERP transactions and manage cash collection

Logistics Coordination

Plan and allocate shipments for deliveries

Track undelivered shipments and identify reasons for non-delivery

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth logistics operations

Support Wish Masters during deliveries

Performance Management

Monitor team performance and ensure compliance

Achieve key performance indicators

Create runsheets and assign daily tasks

Participate in recruitment and training of blue-collar staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
