As a Logistics Team Leader at The Indus Valley, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our products from our manufacturing facilities to our customers' doorsteps. You will be responsible for managing the end-to end logistics operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities:

? Manage and coordinate the entire logistics process, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, customer support, and warehouse personnel to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
? Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, proper packaging, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
? Work closely with third-party logistics partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
? Resolve any transportation or delivery issues promptly and provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders.
? Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
? Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
? Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and incorporate them into the company's operations.
? Reporting to Operations & Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications would be a plus.
? 0-2 or more years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in an ecommerce or B2C environment.
? Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
? Proficient in using logistics management software and tools to track shipments, analyze data, and generate reports.
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
