The Team Leader - Operations & Sales will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities while leading the sales team to achieve business targets for CCTV systems and industrial tools. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of products, and the ability to drive sales performance along with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for CCTV systems and industrial tools.
Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Support the team in negotiations, pricing, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Oversee order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery timelines.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, procurement, and service teams.
Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation, and SOPs.
Handle escalations related to operations, service, or customer complaints.
Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback.
Prepare and submit sales, operations, and performance reports to management.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
