Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader - Operations to manage and supervise construction labour teams, ensure smooth operations, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will lead a team to achieve operational goals, manage daily activities, and drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of construction labourers

- Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders through regular calls and meetings

- Ensure operations run smoothly and according to plan

- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions

- Drive productivity and efficiency

- Maintain quality standards and safety protocols

- Provide guidance and support to team members

- Prepare reports and updates for management

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience

- Proven leadership experience

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with construction processes and safety protocols
