We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader

to handle

Collections, Customer Service, and Sales

processes in the BPO industry. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team in collections, customer service, and sales Track team performance and ensure targets are met Coach, motivate, and support team members Handle customer escalations and quality issues Ensure process adherence and productivity

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Team Leader in a BPO

environment Excellent

communication skills

(verbal and written) Experience in collections/customer service/sales processes Strong people management and problem-solving skills

Shift & Schedule:

Shift Timing:

11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Rotational weekly off

Experience:

Relevant Team Leader experience required
