Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, guiding them to achieve sales targets, and ensuring strong client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet or exceed monthly targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Handle client inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships. Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operations. Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Prepare sales reports and monitor progress against goals. Represent VeeTec Builders professionally at site visits, events, and client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred). Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in sales, real estate, or construction. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
