We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead our attestation services division in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic relationships, and expanding our customer base for document attestation, apostille, and embassy legalization services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales, partnerships, and referrals.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to enhance performance.
Build strong relationships with individuals, corporate clients, travel agencies, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination with operations and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and promotional activities to create brand awareness.
Negotiate and finalize business deals to maximize revenue generation.
Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in attestation services, travel, or documentation-related industries.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Familiarity with document attestation processes, legalizations, and embassy procedures is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel within Kerala as required.
