We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven
Team Leader - Operations
to oversee day-to-day business operations and lead a team for smooth execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Lead, guide, and motivate a team to meet productivity and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (sales, logistics, accounts, customer support) for seamless operations.
Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and share performance insights with management.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in operations, with at least 1-2 years in a team-leading role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and ERP/CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
