We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven
Team Leader - Healthcare Sales
with strong experience in
healthcare product sales and logistics
. The ideal candidate will have proven team-handling capabilities, strong analytical skills using
advanced MS Excel
, and excellent communication skills to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
Drive healthcare product sales and ensure consistent revenue growth
Oversee healthcare logistics coordination to ensure smooth service delivery
Track daily sales performance, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics
Conduct team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, forecasts, and analysis using
advanced Excel
Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with business objectives
Build a positive, energetic, and performance-oriented team culture
Required Skills & Competencies
Experience as a
Team Leader / Sales Manager
in the healthcare domain.
Strong understanding of healthcare logistics and product sales.
Proficiency in
Advanced MS Excel
(MIS, reports, dashboards, data analysis)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management abilities.
Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
, with at least
2 years in a team leadership role
B2B healthcare experience
will be an added advantage.
