About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Team Lead

to oversee all ongoing branding and marketing projects at The Brand Fuzz. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in agency operations, an eye for detail, and strong leadership qualities to ensure smooth coordination between clients and the internal creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all

ongoing branding, design, and marketing projects

to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Manage and guide the creative, design, and social media teams

to maintain efficiency and performance. Act as the

primary link between clients and the internal team

, ensuring clear communication and accurate execution of client briefs. Conduct

daily check-ins

with the team to track progress, address challenges, and ensure smooth workflow. Identify

loopholes or inefficiencies

in project execution and implement process improvements proactively. Review deliverables before submission to ensure they align with brand strategy, tone, and objectives. Assist team members in problem-solving, ideation, and strategic planning whenever needed. Ensure that all tasks are completed within

set deadlines and quality benchmarks

. Collaborate with the Founder and other department heads to

align creative output with brand goals

. Maintain

client satisfaction

by ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and reliability in every communication.

Requirements

Prior experience in a branding or marketing agency

is

mandatory

. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing workflows. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and team management. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp) is an added advantage. Eye for creative details and strategic thinking ability.
