Job Title: Retail Partner / Relationship Executive

Bajaj Group is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Partners to onboard and manage retail merchants for Bajaj's consumer finance and loan products. The role involves developing retailer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth customer financing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new retail partners (shops, showrooms, dealers) Maintain strong relationships with existing retail merchants Promote Bajaj consumer finance products (EMI cards, loans, etc.) Assist retailers in understanding Bajaj processes and schemes Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution Ensure monthly business targets are achieved Conduct market visits and competitor analysis Support retailers with documentation and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred 0-5 years of experience in sales, retail finance, relationship management, or field sales Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Basic knowledge of finance/EMI products is an advantage Must be comfortable with field work
