About the Role

Peppe Planet is looking for an energetic and responsible Team Leader to manage daily operations at our kids' indoor play area. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain safety and hygiene standards, ensure a great customer experience, and support the Center Manager in smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Peppe Planet play area Ensure all zones and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained Monitor customer flow and manage crowd control Handle opening and closing procedures Lead, schedule, and guide staff members Train new staff on SOPs, safety, and customer service Assist customers and resolve on-ground issues Maintain safety and hygiene protocols Report maintenance or safety concerns Support the Center Manager with daily reports and coordination

Qualifications

Plus Two / Diploma / Degree Minimum 2 years of team-handling or customer service experience Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to multitask and work under pressure
